Cancellation Policy
Creative Workshop Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. However, our workshops require advance preparation and materials. - Cancellations more than 14 days before the workshop: If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before the workshop, you can receive a full refund or transfer your booking to another available workshop. - Cancellations within 14 days of the workshop: Cancellations made 14 days or less before the workshop are non-refundable, as we will already have begun preparing materials and making arrangements for your place. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your place to another person. Please contact us in advance with the new attendee's name. - No-shows: If you do not attend your workshop , your booking is non-refundable. - If we cancel a workshop: If we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another available workshop.
